Ginger Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients

| Thinly sliced pork loin | 200g |
| Onion | 1/2 |
| Soy sauce | 2 tbsp |
| Mirin | 2 tbsp |
| Sake | 1 tbsp |
| Sugar | 1 tsp |
| Grated ginger | 1 knob |
| Vegetable oil | as needed |

Slice the onion into thin 5mm wedges. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.

Mix together soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and grated ginger to make the sauce.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the onion. Once softened, add the pork and cook.

When the pork is no longer pink, pour in the sauce and stir-fry until the liquid reduces and coats everything evenly.
Notes & Tips
Be careful not to overcook the pork, as it can become tough. Serve with shredded cabbage for a balanced meal.
